Actual Impact was founded in September 2016. After a successful career in Learning and Development in both the private and public sector I made the decision to open my own business. I love to be creative and develop solutions for anyone who wants to develop either professionally or personally. My joy comes from seeing confidence grow, people building goals and achieving their success. I work with people from all backgrounds, at different stages in their career or home life from across the globe. This diverse client base is key to providing a non judgemental and inclusive for all.
